A Return to Yourself

A somatic self-connection experience for women ready to move out of survival mode and back into a relationship with themselves.

You don’t need to become someone new. You need space to come back to who you already are.

Reconnect to your body
Understand your emotional patterns
Regulate your nervous system
Build inner safety and self-trust

This is a community centered around (co)nnection and (well)ness. A space meant for exploring, revealing, and releasing

Here, we explore parts of yourself that may be limiting your growth, awareness, or sense of alignment. We reflect on patterns that arise in your thoughts, emotions, and body, and experiment with new practices that support insight, choice, and self-connection.

Together, we notice how different parts of you show up in your daily life, how your body responds to stressors, and how habitual beliefs influence your decisions. This process encourages curiosity, reflection, and exploration. We create space for experiences of joy, presence, and self-connection.

Who This Course Is For

This space is for the woman who wants to connect more deeply with herself, slow down, turn inward, and remember who she is beneath all the roles, expectations, and survival patterns.

The Connect with Self Course is a somatic and holistic self-exploration journey designed to support women in reconnecting with their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom.

Many of us learned to survive by disconnecting from our feelings, needs, and authentic selves. This course gently invites you to reconnect with what has always been there, just waiting to be noticed.

It is a journey toward self-awareness and self-connection, helping you create inner safety, understand your patterns, and practice honoring your needs. You’ll explore ways to respond with choice rather than habit, and cultivate a greater sense of presence and alignment.

This course is for you if:

  • You struggle to stay present in your body

  • You feel disconnected from your intuition and your needs

  • You’ve done therapy or self-work but still feel stuck in the same cycles

  • You’re aware of your patterns but struggle to change them.

  • You overthink your emotions instead of feeling them.

  • You feel ‘too much’ and also disconnected at the same time

This course is especially supportive for women, empaths, creatives and deep feelers.

Explore Your Inner Story

Hi! My name is Bebe. I am a licensed psychotherapist and massage therapist.

Through this course, I support women in reconnecting with their bodies, exploring nervous system awareness, and reflecting on the patterns and stories that influence their lives.

I enjoy having many interests all at once, spending time in nature, helping people, being around animals and making things.

We believe self-connection begins with remembering who you are beneath the roles, patterns, and protections you’ve developed to navigate life.

Our approach blends psychodynamic insight, attachment awareness, and somatic practices to support you in coming home to yourself — with compassion, clarity, and care.
